Meridian West Central College offers blended classes. Core classes are offered online and requirements such as practicals where students must intern in an external health care institution must be on-site. Meridian West Central College offers both day and evening cohort classes. Evening classes are generally scheduled from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Classes typically meet twice per week. Courses requiring more than 3 credit hours generally meet 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM.

Student Help

To login to your student account on the college website, click on the Login button on the main menu bar. Enter the E-Mail address and the temporary Password provided to you by administration when you enrolled in the college. Click the Login button on the Login Form. After you have successfully logged in, the Login button on the main menu bar will now display Name, where Name is your First Name. Clicking on the Name button on the main toolbar will open the My Account menu. The My Account menu provides access to all of the college resources available only to enrolled and logged in students. It is highly recommended that you change your password to something secure that you can remember after your first login.
Login to your student account on the college website as per the instructions above. Click on the Name button on the main toolbar to open the My Account menu. Click on the My Schedule button on the My Account menu. Select the semester you want your schedule for. Once your schedule is displayed, you may then print out a copy if desired.

Click on the My Webmail button on the My Account menu. A new tab page will open where you can login to your school E-Mail account and access your mail. If you want you can configure your school and e-mail accounts to use the same password to make remembering them easier.

Click on My Profile on the My Account menu. Here you can modify your personal information such as your name, address, emergency contact information, telephone numbers and personal e-mail address.
Login to your student account on the college website as per the instructions above. Click on the Name button on the main toolbar to open the My Account menu. Click on Change Password on the My Account menu. Enter your current, new and confirm passwords and click the Save Password Change button.
On the main toolbar click on the Login button. On the Login Form that opens is a button for Forgot Password Click this button and follow the procedure that is described on the page that opens. You will be sent a numerical code to your school e-mail account. The code will expire in 10 minutes. You must compete the forgot password procedure during that time. Once you have entered the code received in your school e-mail, you will able to change your password to a new one.
On the main toolbar click the Menu button. Click the Contact IT Department menu item. Complete the contact form and describe the issue you are having in the Message field. Submit the form. Someone from the IT Department will contact you as soon as possible.

Click on the Request Tutoring button on the My Account menu. Complete and submit the Tutoring Request Form. You will be notified once a tutoring session has been scheduled with an instructor. You can also get help with your report writing assignments by clicking on the Writing Center link in your My Account menu.
